MyKi ™ uses a triple GPS / LBS / WiFi localization system that enables accurate positioning both indoors and outdoors.The Parent receives real-time information in the MyKi Watch application.The outdoor location is determined to within 10 meters, using up to 24 GPS satellites.
For indoor positioning, MyKi ™ Touch uses information from cellular carriers and existing WiFi networks.
When your child is indoors, MyKi connects to the closest cell of the SIM Card’s mobile operator. Then you see the location with between 5m and 500m difference in a straight line. When your child is outside once again, this difference is removed, and the satellites show precise information about your child’s whereabouts in the application.
Slide your finger across the screen to find the Phone Book and touch the icon to enter. Slide through the entered numbers in the phonebook until you reach the desired one. Press on it to make an outgoing call. The numbers that can be dialed have to be entered in advance via the mobile application. If no numbers are entered, the Phonebook icon is displayed in gray.
Myki Touch accepts an incoming call by touching the screen.
Remove the silicone strap and you will see the charging port next to the SOS button. The full charging of the battery through a plug takes about 120 minutes by using a standard 5V USB power supply. The time for charging of the watch through a computer is twice as long.
The parent’s quick-dial icons – “Mum” and “Dad”. You can also see information about: Time, GSM signal strength, Ring mode, Data transfer, Battery level and unread message.
The easiest way to turn off your MyKi Touch is by using the application, open the “Settings” menu and use the “Turn off the clock” option.
Additionally, there is a possibility to shut down:
If there is a SIM card in the watch: press the SOS button repeatedly 10 times, and on last press hold the button for 10 seconds

MyKi can receive a 20-character text message. Upon receipt of a message on the Myki Touch’s home screen, an icon depicting a letter appears. Sliding across the screen brings you to the submenu displayed with the same symbol. Press the display to open the submenu. The last message is saved and can be viewed multiple times.
Select the Voice Messaging screen by dragging the home screen to this screen . When you touch this icon, you can listen to the received voice message.
It is not possible to change the incall volume. You can control the ring tone volume and activate the vibration mode from Home screen -> Settings -> Ring Settings.

When you click on the steps icon, the number of steps your child has hade on this day will appear on the screen.
MyKi is water resistant but is not waterproof. In case water gets into the watch, turn off MyKi and let it dry on a cloth at room temperature. Wait 24 hours before turning it on again. If it does not work properly after switching on, contact the dealer from whom the watch was purchased to get information on where you will get service support.
The SIM Card in MyKi Touch can be from any mobile operator, but for the watch to be fully functional the SIM Card must have active data transfer and the PIN Code must have been previously removed!
MyKi uses around 50 MB monthly.
This icon in the Location menu shows where your child is currently on the map. You can take a photo of your child and replace the picture with the photo you made.
If MyKi is lost or taken off from the child’s hand and you do not know where it is, you can find MyKi Touch with this feature. Press the RING button and MyKi will begin to ring so you can find it.
This is an informative menu that shows the latest watch requests with a specific date and time. (maximum number of requests: 100)
There is a camera icon on the top left of the application. When you press it, the phone is likely to ask permission for the MyKi Watch application to use your camera. Give permissions to the application, take a photo of your child and see the change right away.
Through the MyKi Watch application, you can set up up to three alarms to alert your child or remind him of various activities during the day. For each alarm you can set days and time to be activate.
Each MyKi Touch watch has a built-in Wi-Fi module that improves indoor localization. When your child is indoors, information about his or her location is based on the Wi-Fi networks the watch detects. In addition, the watch allows for a fast Safe Zone to be determined, according to the local Wi-Fi network set by the parent.
Now you can define the MyKi Touch ring mode when the watch is in a Safe Zone. It can be added to the Location History menu. The smart watch automatically detects when the child enters or exits the specified zone and changes the ring mode.
In the Activity menu at the bottom of the screen, you will see a heart. To the left of the heart there is a minus sign and to the right there is a plus sign. You can send your child a heart reward at any time. When you press the plus, you send it to him. If you think you are dissatisfied, you can remove the heart with the minus. On the MyKi screen, your child will receive information about a new heart or reducing a heart.
To renew the password through the application, the user needs to press the “Forgotten password” button on the first page of the application. The number that was given by the parent in the application will be asked for. If the number is correct, the watch will receive a code. With this code, the parent can gain access to the watch.
You have probably denied the access of notifications to your phone. If you own an iPhone, go to Settings and through notifications, allow MyKi Watch to send notifications to your phone. If you own an Android, go to Settings > More> Application Manager, find the MyKi Watch app and allow for notifications.
In the “Settings” menu and sub-menu “Account Settings”, there is an “Add a new watch” option.
It is necessary to only give the username and password to a person, who you decide should have access. It is enough to put in the details in the application through the “Settings” menu. It is advised to not give these details to people, who are not family members.

MyKi uses up to 12 sattelites to show you where your child is located whenever it is outside.
All satellites all over the world work only in an outdoors environment and therefore, whenever your child is outside, you receive precise information about its location. When indoors, MyKi connects to the closest cell of the mobile operator of which the SIM Card is registered to. When your child is outside once again, then the satellites gather precise information about the location of your child and show it in the application.

Rubber cap protects the USB port of the watch of being exposed to water and dirt. Open the cap and you will see the charging port of MyKi.
The screen turns on by pressing any button on the watch once. The screen lights up and apart from the right date and hour, it shows connection to the operator, the battery, GPS signal, received prizes, unread messages and step-measurer.
The button for Power on and off lights up the screen, switches off when a call is ended. When the button is held, a voice recording is made.
Button 1 is an arrow up in the phonebook and turning up the sound during an ongoing or incoming call.
Button 2 opens the phonebook, calls a number, ends a call and turns the volume down during an ongoing call.

During an incoming or ongoing call, you can turn the sound volume up or down using buttons 1 and 2.

Light up the screen by pressing a button by choice. Press the button for Power On between Buttons 1 and 2 and hold it. A sound and second measurer will show on the screen. This means that the voice recording has started. Do not let the button go. Record the message and let go of the button when you are ready with the recording. After letting the button go, the message will be automatically sent and received in the MyKi application.
In case MyKi blocks and needs immediate turning off, use the following combination- press the SOS button 5 times, press button 1 and button 2. MyKi will be turned off immediately.
ATTENTION! MyKi is moisture-proof, not waterproof. In case it gets wet, turn off MyKi and leave it to dry on top of a towel at room temperature. Wait for 4 hours before turning it on again. If it does not work properly, take it to a service shop with an invoice or a purchase receipt of the product and the signed contract.

You will see a person and a number next to it on the screen of MyKi- this is the number of steps made by your child during the day.
This icon in the Localization menu shows where your child is on the map at the moment. You can take a photo of your child and set it at the place of the icon.
Through the MyKi Watch application, you can set up to three alarms with which you can wake your child up or remind them about their different activities during the day. You can set each alarm to activate on certain days and a certain hour.
On the upper left corner of the application, there is a camera icon. When you press it, there is a possibility for your phone to ask for permission to allow MyKi to use your phone’s camera. Allow it, take a photo of your child and you will see the change immediately.

Send us the IMEI of the watch, its phone number, the name of the mobile operator of which is the sim card, the operating system, and version of your phone, your phone model, and your contact phone.
Answer 1: Please check if there is a signal to the operator. If no watch indicator is displayed on the clock display of the mobile operator, the clock is switched on before a SIM card is inserted. If no QR code appears on the MyKi ™ Junior screen
1. The data transfer service is not active. Check with your mobile operator.
2. The watch has no connection to the server. Please restart the watch.
• Location type: GPS or Wi-Fi.
• Ring mode: Displays the current ringing mode of the clock – Ring, vibrate, or silent mode.
• Signal Strength: Displays the signal strength of the mobile network.
• Battery status: Shows the current battery charge and whether it is charging.
• Time & Date: Shows the current time and date. From the Settings menu, you can select one of three different formats.
• Favorite contact 1/2: A voice or video call can be started, as well as sending a message to the Favorites Contacts.
• Contacts / Apps / Settings menu: By sliding to the left of the Home screen, you can go to the corresponding watch menu.
• Messages menu: Swipe up from the Home screen to open the list of recent messages.
• Call history menu: Scrolling down the Home screen opens the list of incoming, outgoing and missed calls.
• SOS + Maps menu: Sliding to the right of the Home screen, de-map a current location or start an SOS call.

How do I add a new contact through the MyKi Junior application? Through the MyKi Junior you can add a friend to your contact list with another MyKi Junior watch. Press the Add New Contact button in the Clock menu and the “”Add New Contact”” menu will pop up. Press the Clock button. The watch will automatically search for and add all other MyKi Junior watches that have the same button activated. After confirmation by the parents, the children can talk to each other. Parents will always be notified via the app when the child wants to add a new friend.
To add MyKi Junior to another account and to extend access to the watch of another trusted user, press the Add New Contact button in the Contacts menu and then tap the Application icon.
A QR code will appear on the watch screen that the other user needs to scan with the MyKi Junior application. The primary account will receive an access request that can be approved or rejected, as well as determine what the trusted user will be able to access.
The battery is charging through a standard B, 5V, 0.5-1.5A micro USB cable.
• Before the first use or when the watch has not been used for an extended period of time, fully charge the battery.
Full battery charging takes about 120 minutes using standard 5V USB power supply through the power supply. Charging the clock over a computer can take up to twice as much time.

The call can be made by:
• Holding the On / Off button.
• Open the SOS + Maps menu and press the SOS button
When you receive a new message, you will receive a notification (Figure 12). You can read the received messages by touching the notification. Selecting a contact from the Messages menu (Figure 13) opens the Communication menu.
Select the Communication menu (Figure 14), where you will see 3 quick buttons that allow you to send Emojis, Pictures or Voice Messages.
Go to the Settings screen, Sounds menu, to change ringtones and ringer volume for incoming calls, notifications, and alarms. You have a choice of 10 levels of volume. To change the sound, use the left and right arrows.
In the Settings menu (Figure 17, Figure 18) you can access:
1. Face, 2. Theme, 3. Screen
You have a choice of 3 faces and 5 colors on the screen. The settings in the Screen menu allow you to change the display brightness and shutdown time:
• Brightness – you have 10 levels of brightness
• Screen shutdown – You have 4 periods: 5, 10, 30 or 60 seconds

Video calls can only be made from one to another MyKi Junior clock or the MyKi Junior application. Enter the Video Call menu from where you can make a video call by pressing the “Red Listener” button. From the same menu, you have options for increasing the volume, muting the sound or muting the microphone.
On the apps screen of the watch, you will find the Pedometer feature.
By clicking on the icon on the screen you will be shown the number of steps taken by the child on a respective day by walking or running, calories burned – active, passive and total, activity time – past, remaining and daily goal, Traveled distance – Traveled, remaining and daily goal.
From the Watch Applications screen, swipe upwards from Figure 15 to access the games menu. Games are only available during the time assigned for gaming from the MyKi Junior application. The rest of the time the games are not visible.
MyKi Junior video calls use the internet connection and data traffic is dependent on individual consumption.
Alarm Menu on the MyKi Junior watch allows you to set alarms. With the + button, you set an alarm time and day. With the Save button, you save the alarm. Alarms can be set from both the watch and the application. You have no limit on the number of alarms you can add.

Go to the Settings tab and then to the Contacts tab. Press + to create a new contact. Enter a name and phone number, then touch the group icon to select one of the two: • Family & friends.
Touch the Camera icon to select a photo for that contact. To set an SOS number, press the SOS icon. The SOS icon will turn red. The watch supports 1 SOS number. Marking a starred contact specifies Favorite 1/2 contact that will appear on the primary screen of the watch. The contacts added in the app have two-way communication with the child’s clock via Voice call, video call, and chat. You can add an unlimited number of phone numbers.
In the Settings menu and the Account Settings submenu, there is an option – Add a new watch
To manage one watch from two or more phones, you need to add MyKi Junior to another account and allow another trusted user to access the watch. From the watch, touch the Add New Contact button in the Contacts menu and then tap the Add button. A QR code will appear on the clock screen that the other user needs to scan with the MyKi Junior application. The primary account will receive an access request, which must be approved in order for the new account to gain access to the MyKi Junior watch. Determine access levels for the new account – receive and send voice, video call, messages; receive notifications, etc.
Go to the Settings tab and from there in the Contacts tab. To arrange the contacts, click the “Arrange” button. From here you can change the entered contacts in Family and Friends, set a favorite number and change the SOS contact.
In the Location menu in the application, you will see a battery symbol on the screen underneath the map. There you can see the current battery charge of the watch.

This menu shows the specific locations that the watch has recorded during the day or the previous 30 days with the exact time for each of them.
From the Location History menu, you can specify up to 2 safe zones. When you first activate each of them, you will see a perimeter map. Move the map so that the circle marks the area you want. You can change (increase or decrease) the Perimeter of the Safety Zone. Press “Continue” to define “Active time zone” by specifying the start and end of the time you expect your child to be in the area. Click Done. Once you’ve defined the safety zones, you can easily activate or deactivate them as needed. If the child leaves the Safety Zone while it is active and during the time interval you have specified, you will receive a notification.
From the Location History menu, you can specify your child’s speed limits. This feature tells you how fast your child is moving and allows you to receive an immediate notification if it exceeds the limit set in your app. Be sure to change the settings if there is a situation where the child will be riding in a car or other vehicle.
The Child Activity section of the application keeps hourly information on the activity of the child during the day: the number of steps (walking and running), distance and calories burned.
From the Settings menu>My Child, you can enter your child’s details, such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Height and Weight. Go to the “Child Activity” tab and set daily goals – the time of activity, distance traveled, calories burned – active and passive. The results are calculated based on the data you have entered about the child – height, weight, sex.
From the Settings menu> My Child – Touch the Camera icon to select a photo from your phone or make a new one and add it to your child’s profile.
